When will my order arrive?

After purchase, your order should be sent out within 3 days on average. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Once your order has been shipped, see the following tables for shipping times:

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept almost all major debit/credit cards, PayPal account, and Amazon account.


I have didn't receive everything I ordered. Where is the rest?

We sometimes ship items of an order separately due to various logistic reasons so some items might arrive earlier than others.

To check the status of your other items, please e-mail us at with your name and order number.


Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order.

Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.


Where are you shipping from?

We are based in New York, NY, and our partner's apparel printing centers are located in California, North Carolina, and Europe. We automatically set the shipping "from" location based on the order's destination and stock availability.


What countries do you ship to?

We offer international shipping across the world. Some exceptions include Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea due to legal restrictions and carrier limitations.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the USA costs a flat rate of $5 per order. For a limited time only, USA customers will receive free shipping for orders over $15.

Shipping to countries outside the USA costs $9.99 for the first item, and $1 for each additional item. The more you buy, the more you save on shipping.


I didn't receive everything I ordered. Where is the rest?

Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently. To check the status of your other items, please e-mail us at with your name and order number.


Custom fees

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. Customers are responsible for these fees.


What is your return or exchange policy?

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. You have up to 90 days after purchase to return or exchange your order.

Items that are damaged or do not have a proof of purchase may be denied a refund or exchange.


How are return costs handled?

For a limited time, USA customers are eligible for free returns.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs costs.
